Digital Negative Lab is an online tool designed to help users prepare print-ready digital negatives for alternative photographic and artistic printing processes.

The service is offered as a subscription and may change over time as features and tools are refined or added.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Each subscription grants access to one individual user unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Digital Negative Lab is offered as a yearly subscription, billed in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy

A full refund is available within 7 days of the initial purchase.

After 7 days, all sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no early termination.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service

Violation of these terms may result in restricted or terminated access.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Digital Negative Lab platform, tools, and design are owned by us.
• You retain full ownership of the images and files you upload.
• We do not claim ownership over your content.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the service itself without permission.

6. Output & Artistic Results

Digital Negative Lab provides tools to assist in image preparation. Final results may vary depending on materials, processes, printers, chemistry, exposure conditions, and user technique.

We do not guarantee specific artistic or printing outcomes.

7. Availability & Changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access as needed. We are not liable for downtime or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent subscription term.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use poses risk to the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
